DECODING DISCRIMINATION FOR A MARGINALISED COMMUNITY  Insight was required to fully understand UK-wide perceptions of a marginalised community. We identified the roots and levels of prejudice amongst different demographics, pinpointed the hierarchy of myths and misconceptions feeding that prejudice, and provided a clear and concise strategic communication toolkit to build bridges and support a new dialogue between the different viewpoints.

Developed guidelines for a resource that was going to get noticed and provided a call to action to change behaviour before the onset of diabetes.
