Trained as a psychologist (MSc, Distinction), Rob has worked across the NHS, Higher Education and commercial research, leading innovation programmes known for real-world impact before bringing that same calm, considered approach to Magenta. PRINCE2-certified and experienced across the public, charity and commercial sectors, he’s always cared as much about how things get done as what gets delivered.
At Magenta, Rob oversees end-to-end project delivery, client communications, supplier coordination and GDPR compliance. He’s a recognised rising star in the industry, named on the 2024 Significant Insights 30 Under 30 list and one of the 2025 MRS Research Heroes.
